Stephen has amassed a wealth of knowledge over the course of his career. Working in a variety of areas including but not limited to audit, accounting, corporate planning and governance, financial reporting, management accounting, strategic planning and taxation.
 
Working with businesses on these issues Stephen has gained experience in a number of industries such as construction, manufacturing, health care, retail and software development.

As well as being an Executive Director of Marshall Michael, Stephen also holds positions on a number of boards either as a director or consultant.

Michaela has been with our firm since 1998 and became a Director in 2009. Being a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 2004 and holding a diploma in Financial Planning from FINSIA since 2006 Michaela is well placed to help you with all your accounting and tax needs.

With over 15 years’ experience in business advisory, Michaela has been exposed to a range of small, medium and large size businesses in the IT, mining, retail, health and property industries.

She has extensive experience in providing a full range of services in relation to financial reporting, management accounting and taxation such as income tax, goods & services tax, fringe benefits tax and payroll tax.

Justin has more than 14 years experience as a financial planner providing advice to clients both on a business and individual level with a strong focus on the pharmacy industry.

Justin specialises in complex strategic and investment advice tailored around Self Managed Superannuation Funds. He has been designated as an SMSF Specialist AdvisorTM by the SMSF Professionals Association of Australia (SPAA) – the country’s only SMSF professional body that has set internationally-recognised accredited standards in this area.

Justin is a member of both the Financial Planning Association of Australian (FPA) and SPAA.
